The word KRU means teacher or mentor in Thai. But the definition of KRU goes beyond the direct translation and is deeply rooted in respect. At KRU, we believe that we could always learn a thing or two from our four-legged companions. We have a deep respect for animals and all the beings that we share our environment with - and we honour that by acknowleging and respecting boundaries by learning how to become great leaders and excellent communicators.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Designer, Maker, Home Chef and full-time dog dad. Nicko had a career pivot when he adopted his first puppy from the shelter, Django, two years ago. Since then, he’s been on a path to normalizing dog training and making it accessible and easy for first-time dog owners. He’s the founder, trainer and canine handler at KRU. On his free time, he’s either planning his next adventure with Django or tinkering with some designs for his next dog training contraption. He’s currently on his way to becoming a certified professional dog trainer through the internationally-recognized CCPDT.
